Mirza's Churros

Mirza's Churros is a Brunei original. Started out in 2014, they began selling at Pasar Malam Gadong and have moved up their operation to various degrees, taking orders online and doing live cooking for events 

Their main selling point is Churros now but they once sold Apam Balik, Ice Cream and drinks. Their churros have three variations to them which are the regular churros, slim churros and churro bites.

Along with the churros, comes with several choices to put as toppings. The choices are caramel, chocolate, cinnamon, icing sugar, Oreo powder, Nutella and Biscoff.

Though customers rarely just order with one topping as most of them tend to mix toppings to further enhance the sweetness 

Popular topping combinations are caramel-chocolate, oreo-icing sugar and caramel-cinnamon. You can mix and match the toppings that you desire. Though the churros taste great with toppings, they are also great eaten as is as they contain enough sugar so all you need now is a hot beverage for breakfast, afternoon tea or even as a snack.

LINGUALIST.BN

"Memupuk jati diri dengan mempelajari dialek kitani" Lingualist.bn motto   Lingualist.bn is founded by 7 students studying for their masters at University Brunei Darussalam this August. Program Curahan Ilmu (2021)

Students of 2021 Program Curahan Ilmu started in 2018 as an initiative to better improve the grades of year 6 students who are about to sit for their Periksa Sekolah Rendah.  Created by The Biro Kemasyarakatan, RPN Mengkubau village community and the company Teachmeguru(until 2020), this education program aims to helps children from financially vulnerable families from various villages throughout Brunei-Muara district. Back then the teachings were held at the community hall at Kampong Mentiri but now it has moved to a school. These children are educated every Friday and Sunday afternoon at a school located in Kampong Mentiri which is Sekolah Rendah Dato Mohd Yassin. The tutors are volunteers who are looking to increase their skills in teaching whilst some of them are regular employees, what matters is that the program does not discriminate who joins so long as they can teach and are dedicated to teaching.
